Pharmaceutical Repackaging

Created a Sales Order System in C#.NET, SQL Server 2000 (Stored Procedures) and Crystal Reports 9 to improve customer ordering.
Created installation packages for varied applications using DevStudio 9 (InstallShield), streamlining the deployment process.
Increased Website usability by incorporating portal technology.
Produced n-tier application automating procedures for pharmaceuticals receiving/repackaging, including products materials receiving, label creation, product retention and FDA quality control reporting.
Converted Access databases to SQL Server, improving scalability.
Developed a client/server, touch-screen patient prescription tracking and inventory system for doctor/medical clinics. System maintains a prescription history for patients, prints prescription labels and generates reporting.
Built a pharmaceutical repackaging system to manage raw materials, finished goods inventory and create package/bottle labels. Applied low-level VB print routines to write directly to a high-speed thermal label printer with embedded command codes.
Access 2000 is being used to support applications and do ad-hoc reporting.

Restaurant Delivery System Made enhancement to and supported an existing food delivery scheduling system. System is written in VB6 utilizing ADO and SQL Server 2000 with a portion written in ASP for web interface. This VB application contains over 400 forms, modules and class files and incorporates email and faxing features.

Business Immigration Law Firm Developed an internet web site utilizing ASP, HTML, VB Script, JavaScript with an Access 2000 database. Incorporated into this site are credit card payment processing, newsletter email processing and dynamic content with user ability to maintain content with admin pages. Equipment Leasing Company

Created a Call Center Reporting System using Crystal Reports 8.0. This system uses phone logs from a Siemens phone switch stored on a SQL Server 7.0 database. The reporting engine was written in VB 6.0 using ADO and SQL Server stored procedures. Reports are stored for viewing and archiving and some reports are emailed to individual managers.
Provided support for a business equipment Leasing application developed in Access 97 and linked to SQL Server 7.0 database.
Also responsible for Declination Letters, Check Processing, and Commission Reporting VB applications that connect to the lease SQL Server database.
Created a Web enabled Management Reporting System using Crystal Reports 8.0, ASP, VB Script, JavaScript and HTML. This system provided upper management with milestone measurement reporting, booking reports, and productivity reports.
Created a VB Client/Server application that takes lease data from a local lease system and utilizing store procedures and ADO Data Shaping techniques, packages it into XML which is transmitted through HTTP to a remote system for processing.

Major Hospital

Developed a User Security system in Access 97 and VBA to keep track of which application users have access to. This is an administrative tool that allows management to track security rights and to notify system administrators to "add" and "remove" users from systems.
Developed a Medical Staff reporting system in Access 97 and VBA. This system will allow management to maintain physician staff information for marketing and administrative functions.
Developed an OR reporting system in Access 97 and VBA. This system imported 7 years of OR surgery data from spooled mainframe reports of a legacy OR system.

Business Immigration Law Firm Developed an I-9 (INS Work Authorization form) audit system in Microsoft Access 97 and VBA. This system is used for conducting I-9 audits for clients to report errors and project fine exposure for incorrectly completed I-9’s. The system relies heavily on VBA routines for form and field editing and validations.

The Irvine Directory Created a website called The Irvine Directory, which is a comprehensive list of all business licenses in Irvine California. This site provides business search capabilities and business license verification. The site also provides local shopping center directories. Website utilizes ASP, VB Script, JavaScript, HTML and Access 2000. This site is solely owned and operated by myself. The URL is www.irvinedirectory.com
